When can I expect to receive my SUNIRA order(s)?
 
The standard dispatch time for each product is given under 'Shipping Handling' in each product descriptions.
 
Within India-
After dispatch, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once we ship it out, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you'd like your order delivery expedited, please email us at mail@suniradesigns.com and we'll try to accommodate your request.
 
International-

Can I purchase individual pieces or only the full outfit?
 
The individual pieces that combine to make a SUNIRA outfit, are designed to be fluid and can be styled and purchased individually or as a set. The flexibility and ease with which these outfits can be mixed-and-matched is what makes dressing up in SUNIRA’s garments fun and a uniquely charming experience. For this reason, most of our pieces are sold as separates instead of full outfits. Will it cost extra if I want to make changes such as modifying the style or cut, in my order?
 
We believe that fashion is one of the most joyful ways for a person to express his or her own individuality and distinct style. To allow every person to give our designs a personal touch and ensure optimal with each purchase, we offer advanced customization services, allowing clients to mix and match a varied and vast range of fabrics, patterns, finishes and detailing, and address any budget and sizing need. While many modifications can be accommodated within the listed price, once you speak with our design team and explain your requirements, they can let you know if any additional costs will be incurred. What options are available if my outfit doesn't fit as expected?
 
All our pieces come with margin to allow for adjustments if needed. We offer our standard sizes of XS to XL as well as customized sizing options.

What is your exchange/return policy?
 
SUNIRA works on a 'made to order' model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible.Our production involves handwoven textiles produced in remote villages of India, followed by hand block printing, hand embroideries, stitching and hand finishing of garments. All these processes are slow and labour intensive. Human errors and unexpected delays associated with them cannot be avoided many a time Due to the nature of these custom-made pieces, all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Dupatta and free size item sales are also final and not eligible for return or exchange.
 
In case of a quality defect or a wrong product kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please follow the steps listed in the link below to exchange the defected piece (Returns & Exchange).
 
Do you take orders for designing customized outfits? / Do you provide be spoke design services?

Where are SUNIRA clothes made?
 
All our pieces are currently handmade in India.
 
Does SUNIRA have a storefront?
 
SUNIRA Designs does have a storefront in Chattarpur, New Delhi, near Nature Bazar (Dastkaar), Andheria Modh, Ambedkar Colony. However, our collections are also available in several retail stores across India. Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
 
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Also the unevenness in color & texture of print or fabric is not a fault but a natural characteristic of the human hand be it print, embroidery or weaves. Exact similarity and uniformity of these handmade products cannot be guaranteed.
