The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) with approx. conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.
Our accepted mode of payments:
Banking, credit and debit cards (visa, mastercard & American express).
We will send an email confirming your order. Post confirmation of your order, when the piece is being shipped from our end you will receive an email with the tracking details to enable you to track your package.
All Sunira apparel is custom-made at our production facility in India before being shipped anywhere in the world.
Shipping charges for pan India is ₹500.00
Delivery to any international location is charged as below:
First item ₹3500.00
Every additional item with same order ₹700.00 each.
For advanced customization order the pricing and time of delivery will be determined on finalization of the order as per your requirement and satisfaction. This shall be communicated to you with an order number. Once it is accepted by you, we will send you a link to make your payments.
Our team will be in touch with you on a regular basis to do your customization as close to your specifications. However Sunira holds the right to refuse an order for reasons beyond our control (e.g., the textile is out of stock).
All prices are inclusive of 12% GST
Duties and Taxes
Since we don’t advance produce or store our clothing, there may be additional customs or duty fees associated with your order beyond the actual shipping cost for your items.
However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Sunira takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would be intimated to you upon placement of your order. Though we have partnered with some of India’s most widespread logistics partners and we are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and/or national and state holidays.
Exchanges & Returns
A lot of love and work goes into making each Sunira piece. Unevenness in colour & texture of print or fabric is not a fault but a natural characteristic of the human hand be it print, embroidery or weaves. All these custom made pieces are not eligible for exchange. Dupattas and free size items are not eligible for exchange.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) within 24 hours of placing the order. If you do cancel the order within the prescribed time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Cancellation fee, if applicable, will be charged. However, if you cancel the order within 48 hours, we will adjust your credit in your next purchase with Sunira.
We will not be accepting any cancellations beyond 48 hours of your order.
